Teaching Philosophy

Maria teaches through projects, practical examples, and professional communication — helping students translate technical findings into organizational recommendations using Python, SPSS, and applied business scenarios. Student feedback consistently recognizes her ability to explain complex programming and information-systems concepts clearly, to foster a welcoming and inclusive learning environment, and to support students' technical confidence, persistence, and career preparation across in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
